June events
Sunday, May 30: Ainay celebrated the family
Originally scheduled for Easter, this major event was postponed due to government measures concerning Covid. So on Sunday May 30, the egg hunt turned into a treasure hunt, to the delight of young and old alike.
Enduring traditions
In glorious sunshine, Château d'Ainay-le-Vieil celebrated family, a value dear to Arielle and Hervé Borne. "Ainay has always been a family place, and that's the spirit we strive to maintain over time. Easter has long been a time of reunion for our family. Moments of celebration that have made this day unforgettable. So we've created a program to ensure that all generations have a good time, create memories and forge bonds."

Our visitors were able to take part in a treasure hunt thanks to Kid Evenementiel. They were introduced to the circus, discovered old-fashioned games and had their first ride on mechanical ponies thanks to All kinds of entertainment. For the more adventurous among them, our young princesses and knights took a donkey ride around the château , thanks to the Pôle de l'âne et du cheval and the association ... The Compagnie Pace introduced us to the magical world of theatrical storytelling.
This busy schedule didn't stop those who wanted to visit the château or discover our new escape game.

June 5 - October 3: TOTEMS A CIEL OUVERT DE JULIEN MARINETTI
After an exhibition on the Place de la Concorde in Paris, the artist is now exhibiting his monumental works in the gardens of the château d'Ainay-le-Vieil.
A complete artist
Julien Marinetti is a painter, sculptor and engraver. After years devoted to oil and acrylic painting, he tried his hand at sculpture. His pictorial work then took a new turn.
The artist exhibited his first realistic bronze sculpture, the iconic bulldog "Doggy John". He emancipated himself. Sculpture became the preferred medium for his own painting: from this fusion, he created what he called "Art Syncretism", combining painting, engraving and sculpture.
The works will remain in place until October 3.
