From the recent archives of Ainay-le-Vieil, this view of the fortress covered in a thick layer of freshly fallen snow. Such a sight is rare at Ainay-le-Vieil. Indeed, just as the heavy white blanket seems to have settled in for the winter, a ray of sunlight colors the whole with a golden glow. The walls of the fortress absorb the sun's heat, making the snowy white coat an ephemeral garment.
