Chiara Taigi - soprano
Chiara studied with Ivenza Fogli. Her repertoire is vast and includes all the main soprano roles.
She has won the first prize for interpretation several times and made her debut in Treviso as the coquettish and flighty Fiorilla in Rossini's "The Turk in Italy", conducted by Peter Maag. Since then, Chiara has performed in almost all of Italy's major theatres, including the Opera House in Rome, La Scala and the Maggio Fiorentino in Florence.
Chiara has also performed outside Italy. She has been applauded at the Zurich Opera House, the Berlin Opera House, the National Arts Centre in Beijing, the St Petersburg Philharmonic, etc.
