Château d'Ainay-le-Vieil celebrates its heritage on the theme of "Architectural Heritage".
Since 2019, the owners of Château d'Ainay-le-Vieil have embarked on its restoration. Among the companies they have called on isJacquet, a firm of stone masons and stonemasons who have helped save and conserve many prestigious historic monuments throughout France.
Étienne Thiriet, Jacquet's Regional Manager for the Auvergne and Centre regions, will be on hand with several journeymen to talk about the restoration of the château and demonstrate his trade as a mason and stonemason.
It's an opportunity to discover this ancestral know-how, thanks to which our heritage is preserved, and why not pass it on to younger generations.
