From earth to table, a gourmet lunch by chef Maria Rodriguez

The project :

• A luncheon where the public can sample a gastronomic creation by chef María Rodríguez,
• A tasting of dishes created to promote the love of nature,
• A meal inspired by Renaissance recipes,
• An interactive activity using the "napkin" as a documentary and artistic tool,
• An art exhibition in the restaurant where customers are the artists

Objectives:

• Promoting producers and products from the Centre-Val de Loire region,
• Showcasing the gastronomic creations of chef María Rodríguez,
• In line with the objective of Nouvelles Renaissances 2023,a gastronomic journey back to the Renaissance,
• All the napkins collected during the luncheon, with messages from the public, will form part of the exhibition at the restaurant: "La serviette".

An exhibition: The Towel

Lunch participants will be invited to write their own message on the paper napkins. At the end of the lunch, all the napkins with messages will be collected and will form part of the exhibition at the Restaurant "La Volière" in the Château d'Ainay-le-Vieil, for a few weeks.
