Ainay-le-Vieil: a village and its castle before the 1914 war

This exhibition shows the Château d'Ainay-le-Vieil before 1914 and the upheaval of the First World War.

Visitors can immerse themselves in the memory of this place, thanks to photos taken by the owners' great-grandmother, Marie de Colbert née Villefranche Bigny, as well as preciously preserved costumes, objects and family mementos.

All these family memories are a living heritage that the current owners want to pass on.
