World Topiary Days

For the duration of the weekend, dozens of private and public parks and gardens in France, Europe and the USA will be offering a wide range of activities: guided tours, lectures, pruning demonstrations, botanical advice, exhibitions...

At Château d'Ainay-le-Vieil, Sunday May 11 at 2 pm and 4:30 pm: Florent Emanuel, head gardener at Château d'Ainay-le-Vieil. After a brief history of the art of topiary and the different techniques involved, he'll demonstrate by pruning a topiary in formation in front of visitors.
