For its thirteenth edition, the Salon des Curiosités of the Château d'Ainay-le-Vieil will bring together, in compliance with the sanitary protocol, about thirty exhibitors who will take place in the inner courtyard of the château as well as in the Salle des Archers, a magnificent 17th century vaulted room, the Salle des Équipages and the Sellerie.
For a weekend, "Le Carcassonne du Berry" is open to bargain hunters and curiosity seekers. Everyone can discover a beautiful old earthenware service, furniture evoking the warm interiors of yesteryear, old jewellery, beautiful rare books, garden furniture, but also "curiosities" that each exhibitor has the habit of putting forward for their quality and unusual character.
An opportunity to bargain in an exceptional place while enjoying the "Bar du Salon" for a choice of drinks, pancakes and home-made sandwiches. Not forgetting the table at the castle's new restaurant, "La Volière", which offers a convivial menu to discover the local gastronomy.
